Electricity can be dangerous if used improperly or just plain installed incorrectly. Electrical work represents not just a cost, for time and materials, but should also represent a long-term investment in safety. The Association’s contractor-members agree to deliver long-term safety and overall value to the best of their ability in all the work they do. To help contractors deliver safety and value, the Association regularly calls the attention of member-contractors to technical advances in methods and materials, and to updates in electrical safety codes.
